Aggy turns down Reality TV show. Pop superstar, Christina Aguilera has revealed that she and her new husband, Jordan Bratman have been inundated with requests to front their own reality TV show.
She added that the TV producers who approach her are often puzzled as to why she turns them down.
Other stars who have fronted fly-on-the-wall shows have discovered the problems with the format, after Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey’s show, Newlyweds, ended when the couple got divorced.
Carmen Electra and Britney Spears have also had their own shows, but it has usually just resulted in bad publicity for them.
Aguilera said, ‘We've been approached, actually, and it has been a question for some people, but my marriage and my relationship with my husband is something that I really want to protect.’
She added that she feels sorry for the people like Spears and Simpson, saying, ‘My heart goes out to that whole situation. It's a whole different ballgame, I feel, when you do open yourself up to that whole thing, and it must be difficult.’

In an interview, the Closer star revealed that she loves the styles created by her hairdresser, Serge Normant, so much, that she often refuses to wash it for two weeks after her initial appointment.
Sher explained, 'One of the tricks I've learned over the years is that I can milk a great style to the last possible second.'
'Honestly, after he does my hair, I won't do anything to it for - wait for it - two weeks.'
But apparently she can get away with it, because her hair, 'doesn't get greasy very fast.'

Hollywood star, Billy Zane and his British fiancee, Kelly Book were supposed to get married later this year, but their three-year romance is reportedly in trouble after friends admitted that the couple keep arguing.
A friend of the pair revealed his concerns to a national newspaper, saying, 'Kelly and Billy have been having a lot of rows. They are still together but things haven't been great.'
'They've enjoyed a long honeymoon period since they first met and fell in love but this is the first period in their relationship when there have been problems.'
The source added that he was not the only one to be worried for the pair, when he said, 'all their friends are hoping they can sort things out because they are such a great couple.'
